Our regular merchandise is routed through Printful, a drop shipping company. This means they print and ship items on demand so that we do not have to maintain inventory. Shipping cost and timing are determined by Printful and will be displayed at the time of order. If you have not received your order by the end of the estimated time frame, please contact us at info@dougcopride.org so we can investigate with Printful. If we determine that Printful or the shipping company has lost the item, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
